Marketing Campaign Specialist

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand, conversion and retention across various childcare and early learning centres.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic marketing team and contribute to the development and execution of local area marketing programmes and initiatives that drive business results. You will work closely with the wider marketing team, internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate the delivery of all marketing campaign activities and project initiatives within the marketing workstream.

You will be responsible for supporting the marketing department's campaign and website initiatives with the planning, executing, tracking, and reporting of seasonal and project-based marketing initiatives. This includes providing support to coordinate brand activation and community events, and building relationships with external vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in marketing role within a large-scale organisation
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, online and offline
  • Able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • A high level of creativity

A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow and become part of a results-oriented team. Flexibility to undertake domestic travel if required.
