About the Sustainability Initiative
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of our ANZ Sustainability Strategy, which encompasses four key pillars:
- Operational Efficiency and Resource Management
- Smart and Sustainable Agriculture Practices
- Nutritious Food Systems
- Thriving Communities and Social Impact
You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategic selling approaches and stories leveraging our sustainability work, provide technical and advisory support across the organization on environmental issues, and review government schemes to identify potential financial benefits.
About You
To excel in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in sustainability leadership, a good understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks, and proven experience working in a matrix environment. You will also possess strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
