Project Coordinator Role

Efiniti Telecommunications Services is a leading supplier of professional services in the Telecommunications and Information & Communications Technology (ICT) industry.

The company specialises in these fields across three business sectors — Carrier & ICT, Corporate & Government, and Technology Vendor.

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will join an experienced team of specialists in delivering large scale Enterprise projects and programs, ensuring an excellent customer centric experience and on time delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating and managing transition activities required to migrate customers onto new products and technology access types.
  • Co-ordinating and managing multiple work groups and tasks to ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
  • Promoting and facilitating effective cross team communication.
  • Establishing communication and developing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Customer and stakeholder engagement during service transitions to manage expectations.
  • Tracking key project tasks and their dependencies.
  • Utilising internal systems to create portfolios to monitor progress and meet reporting requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating program databases and platforms.
  • Attending stakeholder and customer meetings.

You will also be responsible for identifying customer service requirements and relevant details to ensure accurate provisioning of customer work orders, as well as providing progress updates to communicate challenges or delays to customers and stakeholders.

Key qualifications for success in this role include:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to explain technical issues using non-technical jargon.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a level of technical aptitude.
  • Experience in project delivery/management or knowledge and understanding of project-based fundamentals.
  • Experience in a telecom-related field or knowledge and understanding of telecom networks and systems.
  • A highly motivated and positive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management, and sharp decision-making skills with the ability to take initiative and command ownership.

This role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive remuneration package, working Monday to Friday.
