Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our direct care team in the City of Monash area. This role involves providing community-based services in the homes of our clients.

As a Home Care Worker, your responsibilities will include offering domestic assistance that promotes the wellbeing of our clients. Tasks may involve light cleaning and shopping support.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Possession of a roadworthy vehicle and a valid Australian Driver's Licence (International Driver's Licences are not accepted)
  • A personal smartphone (either Android or Apple)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with basic computer proficiency
  • Completion of at least two doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
