Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our team as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic.

The primary purpose of this position is to service, repair, replace, and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and solving faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Mentoring and training apprentices and technicians (optional)
  • Working in a team to deliver high-quality service
  • Managing tasks autonomously and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer service

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • High level of technical knowledge in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
