About Us

Our team is expanding and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Administrative Support Officer. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and project support to our growing consultancy.

The role is central to maintaining efficient office operations while also contributing directly to project delivery.

  • Provide support to our directors in their daily tasks
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and coordinate meeting arrangements
  • Prepare letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Support project teams with general administrative support
  • Undertake digital twin capture using drone technology (training provided)
  • Assist with client enquiries and maintain professional relationships
  • Coordinate supplies and maintain a professional office environment

This is a full-time or part-time, office-based role that offers opportunities for growth and development.

What We Are Looking For:

You are a proactive and organised professional with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technology.

You will ideally bring:

  • Minimum 1 year of administration experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • An interest in technology, with the willingness to be trained in drone operations and digital twin capture technology
  • A professional, approachable manner and ability to work collaboratively within a team
