Job Opportunity: Senior Family Law Attorney

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced family law attorney with a strong track record of success in the field. As a senior family law attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and representation to clients in a variety of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting orders, and divorce proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients in family law matters
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in family law
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve client goals
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to achieve team goals
  • Manage a caseload of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting orders, and divorce proceedings

Requirements:

  • 5 years of post-admission experience in family law, preferably from private practice
  • Accredited Specialist in Family Law highly desirable
  • Ability to achieve billable targets and manage a team of junior attorneys and paralegals
  • Good attitude and commitment to getting the job done
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
