At Reece Group, we're seeking a skilled Trade Counter Assistant to join our team in Canning Vale. As a key member of our branch, you'll play a vital role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in the plumbing industry. As a Trade Counter Assistant, you'll provide exceptional customer service, respond to queries, and undertake pick-packing and stock control activities. You'll also make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Your typical day will involve:

  • Providing expert advice and information about products to customers
  • Creating quotes both in person and over the phone
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks
  • Helping to keep the branch tidy and safe
  • Ensuring seamless delivery services to customers
Requirements

We're looking for someone with previous experience in retail sales or customer service who is passionate about delivering outstanding results. You'll need to have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess a valid driver's licence. Additionally, you should be willing to learn new systems and adapt to changing circumstances.

Benefits
