Are you a dedicated Speech Pathologist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a clinician to join our team of experienced professionals providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65.
About the RoleThis role offers the opportunity to work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types. Your responsibilities will include assessments and interventions such as Communication Assessments, Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments, Mealtime Management Plan development and reviews, Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments, and Ongoing therapy.
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and office locations. You will have access to administration and IT support, high quality and validated assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, the opportunity for clinical specialisation as well as career progression.

Learning and DevelopmentWe value the clinical and professional development of our staff. Our dedicated Learning and Development Managers possess extensive experience, university lecturing background, and PhD qualifications. They can provide one-on-one and group training sessions, email advice on complex cases, and connect with other Managers and Team Leaders.
Graduate ProgramsNew graduates can participate in our six-month tailored new graduate program, which includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners. A few requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, registration or ability to become registered with the relevant association, car and licence, National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
