Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Infinite Care, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and adaptability to work across various shifts, including AM, PM, and night shifts, at our Caravonica Waters, Edmonton, and Edge Hill facilities. As a Registered Nurse with Infinite Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing total care to residents, encompassing physical, emotional wellbeing, and safety
  • Acting as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management and promoting a harmonious team environment
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree
  • AHPRA Registration with no restriction
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to resident wellbeing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one)

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
