Role Overview
What makes the position of a Baker at our Fulfilment Centre unique? We recognize that baking is not merely a profession; it is a true passion.
Your primary responsibility will be to create exceptional baked goods, including fresh bread and various bakery items for sale, in accordance with production schedules, ensuring they meet quality and availability standards for customer orders delivered directly from the Fulfilment Centre.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Baking Trade Certificate or Diploma Qualification
- Proven experience in a dynamic Bakery setting, demonstrating the ability to remain composed under pressure and meet deadlines
- A genuine enthusiasm for baking and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Background in a bakery within a supermarket or food production environment
- A strong emphasis on adhering to safety protocols
- Willingness to be on your feet for extended periods and capable of performing moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
- Familiarity with automated production lines is advantageous but not mandatory.
