A New Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Health and Safety Business Partner to join our team at the Maryvale Paper Mill. Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, this role is critical to supporting the implementation of our Health & Safety programs on-site.

">

Critical stakeholders include the Mill Manager, Technical GM, Operations Managers, shift managers, and Superintendents within the aligned portfolio. You'll work closely with these teams to drive compliance and provide expert advice on relevant Workplace Health and Safety legislation and Opal standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Health and Safety policy, systems, and procedures across the site.">
  • Monitoring compliance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending changes.">
  • Providing education and training to leaders to enhance Health and Safety outcomes and culture.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working in a health and safety role, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.">
  • A proven track record of fostering a culture of continuous improvement.">
  • Good knowledge of health and safety management systems.">
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship building experience.">
