About the JobThis frontline role is part of our growth strategy in new purpose-built medical centres. As a Receptionist, you will provide information and instructions to guide customers through the medical assessment process, ensuring they understand what they need to do and why.
Responsibilities- Conduct identity and security checks and escalate any identified risks
- Process payments via EFTPOS
- Confirm customer documentation is complete and process forms
- Enter required data into customer management systems and databases
- Explain examination procedures and key elements to customers
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous administration and customer-facing experience
- Demonstrated customer focus and professional service approach
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate outcomes
- Well-developed communication skills to engage with diverse customers and staff
- Sound IT and computer skills
No late-night or overnight shifts
