Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team in our Nursery Room.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification) and minimum 2 years of experience leading in an early childhood setting.

They will be able to implement play-based learning programs that promote children's curiosity and creativity, foster strong relationships with children, families and the community, and create a safe and inclusive environment where children thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement play-based learning programs
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and the community
  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
  • Mentor and collaborate with team members to support their professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading in an early childhood setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development, inclusive practices and early years frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Current First Aid certification and Working with Children Check
