About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Relief Teacher to join our team at various schools within and around Hoppers Crossing. As a Relief Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and develop strong relationships with your local schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for students.
  • Ensure a continuation of learning for students in the absence of their usual teacher.
  • Develop a stimulating learning environment by using a variety of styles and approaches to cater for individual learning needs.
  • Supervise students in the playground, if deemed necessary.
Requirements
  • Completed a relevant Qualification in Teaching and hold a current and valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
  • Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years.
  • Open to general cover.
  • Adaptable to changing work environments.
