We are looking for an experienced employment law specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law matters, including terminations, employment contracts, dispute resolution, discrimination and equal opportunity, enterprise bargaining, OH&S advice, restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing, and workplace policies and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on employment law matters
  • Representing clients in disputes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in employment law
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and well-developed drafting skills
