Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced business banking professional to join our team. As a Business Banking Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to structure lending solutions and produce high-quality credit submissions.
  • Provide personalized service, build trust, and understand customers' goals to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Support customers with new or evolving banking needs that arise from service requests.
