About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Section Waiter to join our team at Ciao Papi. As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your section during service and ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Use our point-of-sale system to efficiently manage orders and provide accurate service
  • Make food and beverage recommendations to guests based on their preferences
  • Check for dietary requirements and special requests to ensure a tailored experience
  • Present bills to customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure your section is prepared for service and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation and high-quality service
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to carry 3 plates is essential
  • Experience waiting tables, specifically section waiting, is a must
  • Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and previous experience in a similar role
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
  • Positive and collaborative team player
  • Hold a valid Queensland RSA
