Senior HR Advisor role available with CPB Contractors for the CopperString 2032 Project.

The $5 billion project involves constructing a new transmission line, approximately 840 kilometres long, connecting Queensland's North West Minerals Province to the national electricity grid.

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor who has worked within the construction industry to join our team based in the Brisbane office in Bowen Hills.

A Day in this Role:

  • Provide generalist HR/IR support to the project team.
  • Offer advice, coaching and support to managers to facilitate contemporary HR/IR practices.
  • Identify and address learning and development needs of the project.
  • Support leaders to participate in performance management initiatives.
  • Manage project-based initiatives to attract, retain and grow our talented team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a Business Partnering role.
  • Tertiary qualification/s in HR.
  • Background within the construction industry highly regarded.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, including influencing key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret employment contracts, awards and enterprise agreements and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work autonomously, self-manage, manage deadlines and work in fast-paced environment.
