Groundskeeper Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of garden maintenance, ensuring that our outdoor spaces are always immaculate and visually appealing.

This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. If you have a passion for working with plants, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the horticultural industry, we encourage you to apply.

• Assist with various garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field (preferred).
• The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
• A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
• The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• A valid driver's licence and a White Card.
• A Working with Children Check (or a willingness to obtain one).
