Job Description

As a Registered Midwife, you will provide comprehensive midwifery care to women and infants in a well-known private hospital. Your role will involve:

  • Providing breastfeeding support and parent education
  • Mentoring and supporting less experienced midwives, student nurses, and AINs
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and care plans
  • Ensuring best practices in infection control, patient safety, and discharge planning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration
  • Experience as a midwife preferred but all applications welcome
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for patient-centred care and team collaboration
