We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at South Coast Radiology. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Register patients and process relevant paperwork on arrival
- Answer telephone calls promptly and respond to all enquiries
- Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art systems
- Determine and inform patients of correct preparation requirements prior to their arrival
- Manage and prepare appointments to maximize efficiencies for the clinic
- Quote fees and Medicare rebates to patients
- Process all Private, Medicare, DVA and third-party insurance claims

We have 17 convenient imaging locations across the Tweed and Gold Coast, including two hospital-based sites and practices in Mackay and Toowoomba.
