HR Business Services Director

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team at SS&C Technologies. As an HR Business Partner, you will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs.

Main Tasks
  • Consult and partner with business units, employees, managers, and the cross-functional HR teams, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results.
  • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards with HR engagement, effectiveness, attrition, retention, ROI analysis and interpret dashboard outcomes for action items or internal advisory.

You will provide day-to-day performance management and policy guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, career development, and disciplinary actions. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training and compliance programs and may be involved in identifying training needs for business units.

Also, you will manage, maintain, consult on Union Enterprise Agreement with ability to negotiate, consolidate, review employment matters and propose for consultation.
