Seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to complex projects in social and affordable housing development, delivery, business case and transaction phases.

The role involves supporting key transactions, administrative and monitoring activities required to execute funding agreements, undertake financial analysis of proposals, processing of payments and contributing to risk and issue management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives
  • Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects or sub-projects successfully within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to identify ways to improve current administrative practices.
