We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Family Violence Prevention Lead to join our team at Brophy Family & Youth Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our family safety initiatives and driving positive change in the community.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive family violence prevention strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify best practices and innovative solutions
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure effective service delivery

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in family violence prevention, policy development, and community engagement. A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with significant experience in leadership and program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and service providers
  • Conduct regular reviews of program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards
