Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary disability services team at The Benevolent Society. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our Senior Practitioners and other Allied Health Professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based client-centered services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, culturally appropriate assessments and interventions to individuals with disabilities who require language, literacy, voice, and specific eating, drinking, or total communication support.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our diverse client base.
- Deliver evidence-based services that meet the needs of clients according to their NDIS plans, within allocated hours.
- Participate in support planning processes to ensure coordinated, effective service provision that meets client needs.
- Liaise with relevant individuals in the client's environment, such as family members and carers, regarding eating, drinking, and other related matters.
