Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events, including compiling run sheets, floor plans, and managing invoices.
- Provide administration support to the site's management team, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a warm and welcoming service culture, exceeding customer expectations.
- Ensure adherence to Our Safety Culture framework, prioritizing employee safety and well-being.
- Liaise with kitchen and service teams regarding room set ups and menu requirements during weekly run sheet meetings.
- Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients, responding promptly to feedback and concerns.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a function venue or similar environment, demonstrating expertise in event management.
- An interest in the food and beverage/hospitality industry, showcasing passion and commitment.
- Knowledge of front-of-house service and room set-ups, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders.
