Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks. You will also provide emotional support and companionship, encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their goals.

About the Role

If you have a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Cert IV in Disability, and experience in disability or aged care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Cert IV in Disability
  • Experience in disability or aged care (bonus if you have experience with paraplegic clients)
  • A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Up-to-date vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook
  • NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Right to work in Australia
