We are seeking a compassionate and resilient caregiver to join our team in Melbourne.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and shape the future of healthcare.
As a caregiver, you will work closely with our care teams to deliver exceptional patient-centred care, ensuring dignity and respect for our residents.
You will assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, and help residents with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair and walking assistance.
You will also observe and report any changes in residents' health, behavior, or condition to the care team.
Additional responsibilities include cooking light meals and cleaning as required, helping with light household duties, and encouraging and assisting residents in participating in social, physical, or cognitive activities.
To thrive in this role, you will need a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care), ability to respond to changing needs and schedules, and collaboration skills with other care team members.
You will also be required to provide evidence of NDIS clearance and valid work rights in Australia.
This is a permanent part-time position with 25-30 hours AM/PM, offering stability and security while providing opportunities for growth and experience.
