What We're Looking For

A dedicated individual with a strong customer focus, able to approach people confidently and find solutions that meet their needs. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working effectively in a team and having a passion for home furnishings and customer service.

We require all-day Saturday and Sunday availability as well as the ability to work a mix of day and evening shifts, including 3 out of 4 weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales: Combine your positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills to provide product advice and memorable in-store experiences for our customers.
  • Logistics: Select, pack, and dispatch orders while maintaining high standards of selection and presentation, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers when they collect their purchases in store via Click & Collect.
  • IKEA Food: Enthusiastic about food and retail, you'll be responsible for cash handling, customer service, maintaining the customer restaurant and/or Swedish Food Market, or preparing and serving meals to our hungry customers.
  • Cashier/ Customer Service: As the friendly face of IKEA, you may greet our customers at the store entry, help with returns or home delivery, or serve customers at our checkouts.
