Job Title: Mixology Expert

Our establishment is seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have:

The selected applicant will be required to rotate between our sophisticated bars, working varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
  • Current RSA certification.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
