About the Role
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll using Xero
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date
  • Conduct follow-ups on overdue supplier invoices
  • Oversee office administration and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Planning Office Services and setting priorities
  • Coordinating personnel such as hiring, promotions, performance management, training, and supervision
  • Handle all correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong/advanced knowledge of Xero, specifically with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and accounts reconciliation
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, with a focus on accounts, in a construction or related environment
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of CRM software
  • Exceptional attention to detail
