Job Description

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is crucial to the success of our school community.

As a cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring the school premises are tidy and hygienic at all times. Your tasks may include:

  • Dusting and polishing surfaces
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Emptying rubbish bins and cleaning toilet facilities
  • Cleaning glass and surfaces

This part-time position requires flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends. You must live close proximity to the school's location.

We seek an experienced cleaner with commercial cleaning experience, preferably in education. You will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current National Police Check Clearance
  • Current Working with Children's Clearance Check
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using scrubbers, high-pressure washers & carpet cleaners
  • Fitness to lift heavy items and machinery
