Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Community Care Nurse Specialist to join our team, located in and around Logan City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to several clients with ongoing nursing requirements.
- Wound management
- General health assessments and reporting
With a focus on building long-term relationships, we are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service, based in the community. This role would suit an RN looking to supplement their week with additional hours (approximately 10-15 hours per week).
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license
- A National Police Check Certificate (preferably)
- First Aid Certification (preferably)
- A Bachelor of Nursing qualification (preferably)
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
