Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on taking the lead on retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team, and providing a world-class service.

  • This role involves supporting the store manager and being responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store. You will ensure the commercial success of the store and be responsible for running the operational aspects of a high-performing store.
  • You will also be responsible for coaching and motivating the in-store team to achieve the store's targets, while setting the example in exemplary Pandora customer service.
  • Additionally, you will have a retail operations focus in store, which includes stock control, store procedures, organizing teams around the store to optimize sales, managing store security, team rotas, and tracking the team's sales performance.
