Job Description

To succeed as a Kiosk Attendant, you will provide exceptional customer service to all customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance and presentation of the cafe.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers by being positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic in your approach.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including replenishing condiments as needed.
  3. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Cashier experience is essential, including taking orders and handling cash with sound cash handling principles.
  5. Promote the centre's services and programs to patrons, while developing and maintaining good working relations.
  6. Offer information on our product range, highlighting healthy food options and promoting sales.
  7. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with increased hours during peak periods.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Positive attitude, with a friendly and energetic approach to work.
  • Desirable: Coffee making/barista skills.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • Police Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Flexibility to work during peak periods.
  • Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
