About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator. This is a key position that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. As a Mobile Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting our services across various locations, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective OSHC/OOSH programs and activities, focusing on quality and compliance.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve excellent ratings and assessment outcomes.
  • Provide training, performance management, and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage safety risks and ensure a secure environment for children and staff.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Children's Services) or completion of 2 years of full-time study in a related field.
  • Proven experience working with children in a leadership capacity, including group environments.
  • A valid Working with Children Check and current driver's license.
