About the Role

Cotton On Group is a dynamic and forward-thinking fashion retailer with a presence in over 15 countries. We're looking for an experienced Lead Visual Designer to join our team.

As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that drives sales and engages our customers. Your expertise will help shape the visual direction of our brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining our brand's visual identity, including logo usage, typography, and color palette
  • Designing and producing high-impact visual content for social media, email campaigns, and in-store promotions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and storytelling
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, consumer behavior, and market competition

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A tertiary level design qualification and significant experience in a similar position
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and store display concepts
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including:
