IT Process Improvement Analyst

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our team in a challenging project. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating and analysing business problems or opportunities, contributing to improvements in business processes, policies, and IT Systems.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within large scale transformation programs. They should possess knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMBOK and Agile, as well as business analysis tools and techniques.
You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, define operational processes, and develop process flow maps. You will also assist with Jira board management, maintain Confluence documentation, and collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
The Business Analyst will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and apply and adhere to our organisation's methodologies, tools, and standards. Proficiency in using various applications, including presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications, is essential.
This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
