Falcon Complete Security Solutions Specialist

CrowdStrike Australia Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled Falcon Complete Security Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the overall health and security posture of all Falcon Complete customers.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will possess technical, security, and customer management skills to guide customers towards a successful and secure experience with Falcon Complete.
Responsibilities:- Assess customer's Falcon environment and align with Falcon Complete standards.
- Provide customers with recommendations for improved security, including trend analysis, configuration analysis, and product capabilities.
- Meet with customers on a cadence to provide service overview, opportunities for improvement, and security recommendations.
- Create and recommend remediation for CrowdStrike products to improve security posture.
- Contact customers upon misalignment with Falcon Complete standards.
- Document, update, and resolve customer issues according to established procedures and SLAs.
- Develop and provide customers with service reports and statistics as requested.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years in a Cybersecurity focused role.
- Customer empathy and ability to guide customers towards desired outcomes.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including verbal and written.
- Partner with CrowdStrike teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems.
- Experience or knowledge of threat detection and incident response.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience.
