We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineering Leader to drive the delivery of complex projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our project engineering team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the procurement and construction functions to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Mentoring junior staff and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
  • Developing and implementing effective project planning, productivity, sustainability, EHS compliance, quality assurance, and financial management strategies

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record of on-site construction delivery experience, preferably on large-scale building projects
  • Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management
  • Experience resolving design and coordination issues
  • Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
  • Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
