**Site Supervisor Job Overview**

This role is designed to drive a culture of safety and excellence by building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and working with teams to achieve goals and key performance indicators.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in earthmover tyre fitting and hold a Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical – Tyre Fitting Heavy (AUR21920) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role is required, along with statutory certification.

  • Managing client relationships to achieve business objectives.
  • Working under pressure with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality results.
  • Driving business improvements, safety initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in earthmover tyre fitting.
  • A Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical – Tyre Fitting Heavy (AUR21920) or equivalent.
  • Statutory 26 Certification is desirable but not essential.
