We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Greencross Chatswood.

About the Role

As a Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, supporting our veterinarians, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to patients, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Support veterinarians with surgical and medical procedures, including preparing patients, maintaining equipment, and providing post-operative care.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring the overall hygiene of the practice.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, and handling reception duties.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in a veterinary setting.
  • Excellent animal handling skills and a good understanding of veterinary nursing procedures.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
