Marketing and Communications Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that effectively promotes the college's values and mission.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a marketing plan that showcases the college's brand and fosters engagement with our community.
  • Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content, to promote the college's services and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to enhance the college's reputation and contribute to the broader community.
  • Manage the college's social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with alumni to develop and implement strategies for engagement and support, including events, reunions, and communication campaigns.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to Melos Education Ltd member schools on marketing and communications initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing and communications, accompanied by excellent writing, design, and project management skills. They should also be highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the marketing and communications function, including budgeting, planning, and evaluating marketing campaigns and programs.
