Quality Systems Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Systems Administrator to join our team.

The primary goal of this role is to provide administrative support to improve overall efficiency and champion compliance of external and internal processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records for projects, exhibiting confidentiality, discretion, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • Support the Corporate Engineering Manager and direct reports with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate calendar and other requirements for Corporate Engineering Manager and direct reports.
  • Schedule meetings, travel arrangements, etc with both internal and external customers.
  • Create presentations, reports, and documents as determined by the Corporate Engineering Manager.
  • Manage business expenses and reimbursement claims for the Engineering team.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Engineering Manager's direct reports to ensure all reports and business events are received and conducted within set deadlines.
  • Collaborate and network with Technical Team members and other PAs within the company.
