Master Beekeeper and Apiarist

• Lead a team of apiarists in the management of beehives, ensuring optimal honey production and pollination services.
• Develop and implement seasonal plans to maximize extraction efficiency and ensure healthy bee populations.
• Breed and raise bees for honey production and crop pollination, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain the health and condition of the bees, taking proactive measures to prevent disease and pests.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage the flowering lifecycle for key honey-bearing flora and optimize pollination services.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Advanced knowledge of bee breeding, raising, and maintenance, with expertise in honey production and pollination techniques.
• Strong communication, team-building, and analytical skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $103,000 per annum.
