Job Title: Digital Marketing Designer

We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Designer to join our evolving internal creative agency.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced digital designer to leverage their skills in creating high-impact visuals that drive commercial outcomes across various digital channels.

About the Role:
  • Create and produce highly effective digital marketing assets specifically optimized for media campaigns on key platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Spotify.
  • Lead the design and execution of captivating social media experiences, including static posts, dynamic carousels, engaging stories, mobile video capture and editing, and short-form animated content.
  • Participate in A/B testing and iteration of creative variations, applying insightful learnings from performance data to inform design decisions and optimize visuals for superior results.
  • Develop visually compelling digital display ads, impactful out-of-home digital content, and other essential digital marketing collateral that drives brand consistency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Digital Designer, Marketing Designer, or Social Media Designer, with an exceptional portfolio showcasing performance-driven digital marketing creative.
  • Experience within telco or fast-paced consumer industries is highly beneficial.
  • Expert-level proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and highly skilled in Figma.
