**Seasonal Concierge Team Members Wanted**

About the Role

We are seeking friendly and reliable team members to join our concierge team at Westfield. As a seasonal concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

  • Delivering Exceptional Service: Provide top-notch customer service to guests and retailers.
  • Welcoming Guests: Greet guests at the concierge desk and assist with their needs.
  • Providing Directions and Information: Offer directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services.
