Job Title: Senior Site Management Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Site Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing site activities in accordance with global SOPs and other documentation.

You will collaborate with managers and cross-functional representatives to ensure timely execution of deliverables, track and file data and documents throughout the process, facilitate review and approval of proposals and protocols, and support meetings internally and with sponsors/investigators as needed.

In addition, you will monitor study budget, timeline milestones, and payments, set up, conduct, and close-out activities, and communicate with sponsors/investigators.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to lead product-specific programs and identify issues for resolution.

Requirements:
  • Masters degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of directly related experience
  • Experience supporting Investigator Initiated Studies is preferred
