  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain gardens to exceptional standards across various properties
  • Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in gardening

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Gardening Expertise:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the gardening industry
  • Horticultural qualification or significant work history
  • Valid driver's license and own transport
  • Reliable smartphone and good communication skills
  • Crew Member Requirements:
  • 6 months+ of experience favourable but not necessary
  • Fit and healthy
  • Genuine interest in gardening
  • Personable and upbeat
  • Good work ethic
